Multi-omics data integration in the context of regulatory networks to decipher regulatory metabolites in complex diseases such as cancer and neuro-inflammatory disorders

First, we will conduct a benchmarking of computational methods for multi-omics data integration. Next, we will develop an improved methodology for multi-omics data integration in the context of regulatory networks to gain in-depth mechanistic insights. Finally, we will apply our methodology to neuro-inflammatory disorders and cancer to identify novel regulators such as regulatory metabolites.
