Personality development considered from a career roles perspective

Present research proposal attempts studying personality development over a relative long period of time, with special attention to those factors that can account for continuity or personality change. In addition, this study aims at further exploring the long term predictive relation between personality traits and various job outcomes. The study continues a succesful research program that started 15 years ago.
