Utilization and Production of Sulfur(VI)-Fluoride Exchange (SuFEx) Hubs

There are currently more than 150 sulfur(VI)-based chemicals available on the market. They are playing an increasingly important role. But most are sulfonyl or sulfonamide analogues. Compared to them, the studies on the sulfonimines, which also show strong biological activity, are much less. Here we aim to develop a simple method to yield hetero-bonded sulfurdiimidoyl derivatives and then further explore its application.
