Police and Personality. A correlational analysis of interrogation the competencies and the management

This correlational study focuses on the most important activities of law enforcement personnel, i.e. interviewing and information gathering. It exmaines the underlying structure of interview competencies and the association with FFM personality traits. This research investigate if the five-dimensional taxonomie (De Fruyt, 2006) of police competencies is a comprehensive one.
