Policy Research Centre Housing 2016-2025

The Policy Research Center Housing gathers the scientific expertise for the preparation of housing policy in Flanders. The center collects and analyzes data on supply and demand on the Flemish housing market and conducts ex-ante and ex-post evaluations of housing policy instruments. The research is carried out on behalf of and with the funding of the Flemish housing minister. The scientific approach is interdisciplinary, with contributions from economics, sociology, architecture, urban planning, geography and legal science. A strong interaction with policy and stakeholders is also characteristic for the research approach.
