Test framework for the deployment of the personal budget for persons with disabilities within the recognized capacity of an elderly provision

The project has the following research objectives:
1) Identify the current funding streams within each of the sectors concerned (sector Persons with a disability and Elderly Care sector).
2) Investigate the modalities of the deployment of the PVB (personal budget) within recognized and subsidized capacity for elderly care. Special attention is paid to the invoicing of the different costs (healthcare-related costs, management costs and living costs) and the avoidance of double subsidy.
3) Investigate the different options for deploying the PVB within the recognized capacity of an elderly care facility.
