Introducing a peer assessment tool for the SCripting and ORchestration Environment (SCORE)

Inquiry-based learning has gained a lot of popularity in STEM education. The SCripting and ORchestration Environment (SCORE) has been developed to facilitate and provide guidance for the inquiry learning processes of students. More precisely within SCORE, a new peer assessment tool enables students to provide online peer feedback and engage in an online formative peer feedback dialogue. Additionally, a supporting function is embedded in the tool so teachers can follow up the peer dialogue and prompt students. In this demo session, participants will experience an interactive, guided demonstration of the peer assessment tool in SCORE. Finally, there will be an overview and open discussion of the various features of SCORE, so participants can learn about ways to use the platform in their own research.
