A voltage reference circuit and a power management unit Interuniversity Microelectronics Centre
This invention proposes two ultra-low-power all-nMOS voltage reference circuits. The reference output voltage obtained from the invented circuits can be concurrently scaled and regulated to the value that is useful for general applications. The invented circuits can be implemented in bulk CMOS and FD-SOI technologies. Operated in weak inversion, the invented circuits consume currents below 90 pA at room temperature.
