The role of the bed nucleus of the stria terminalis in anxiety: electrical stimulation and characterization of neural activity in a rat model KU Leuven

Nature, function and dynamics of somatic symptoms in patients with an introjective personality style. Ghent University
Recent research pointed to the role of somatic symptoms in patients with an introjective personality style. Their nature and function, however, have hardly been examined. Our study deals with this by examining the somatic symptoms within the subjective and interpersonal functioning of these patients. To this end, we combine quantitative and in-depth qualitative analyses, including single case research as well as psycholinguistic methods.
