Lisa Goudman

Lisa Goudman is assistant professor at Vrije Universiteit Brussel and FWO post-doctoral researcher. She holds master degrees in physiotherapy (Ugent 2014), statistical data analysis (Ugent 2018),statistics with specialisations in epidemiology and public health methodology (UHasselt 2020) and biostatistics (KU Leuven 2022). In 2019 she obtained her PhD at VUB, under the main supervision of prof. Maarten Moens, prof. Jo Nijs. She is primarily focusing on evaluating chronic pain patients and neuromodulation in her research with a specific interest in a holistic response. She is part of STIMULUS research group, a research and educational consortium in the field of neuromodulation at Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Additionally, she is also member of Center for Neurosciences (C4N VUB) and Pain in Motion international research group.
