The focus of my work concerns the identification of teaching methods in primary education to promote students' critical thinking skills in the European School system. Particularly, my research consists on a thematic analysis focuses on depicting the main barriers and facilitators of the promotion of critical thinking through inquiry-based learning in order to inform educational policy on how to support teachers to implement critical thinking in classroom practices.
