Het onderzoek in het Laboratorium voor Computational Biology is gericht op gen- en genoom regulatie, met toepassingen in Drosophila en kanker, en op 'integrative genomics', de ontwikkeling van computationele methoden voor genomische data integratie en analyse van 'next-generation sequence data'.
