High-throughput microscopie van synaptische functie voor medicijnontwikkeling
Dit project heeft als doel om nieuwe optogenetische instrumenten en genetisch-gecodeerde reporters van synaptische activiteit te ontwikkelen samen met computationele methoden om synaptische functie te kwantificeren. Dit moet toelaten een nieuwe generatie van high-throughput microscopie-gebaseerde testen tot stand te brengen om de effecten van neuropathologie op synaptische functie te bestuderen en om te screenen naar nieuwe ziekte-modificerende moleculen.
