Op dit project werken 5 onderzoekers die elk met een specifiek thema bezig zijn binnen de rechtspraak van het Europees Hof voor de Rechten van de Mens. Het doel van het onderzoek is het aanbieden van innovatieve oplossingen ter versterking van de consistentie en overtuigingskracht van de juridische redenering van het Hof teneinde diens aansprakelijkheid en transparantie te verbeteren.
