Het project bestudeert de power/knowledge processen in het netwerk van ontwikkelingsactoren in de watersector. Data werd verkregen d.m.v. een multi-sited en multi-level etnografie: op lokaal niveau werd data verzameld in de Binnendelta van de Niger in Mali; een participerende observatie werd uitgevoerd binnen een internationale NGO en in het globale hoofdkwartier van een multi-lateraal agentschap.
