HPC cluster Leibniz - part 1

The HPC machine leibniz-1 consists of 152 compute nodes with two Intel Xeon E5-2680v4 processors each. 144 nodes have 128 GB RAM, 8 nodes have 256 GB RAM. The nodes are connected using an InfiniBand EDR network. The theoretical peak performance is 166 Tflop/s. Storage is provided through a 100 TB DDN SFA7700 disk array.
Type: Equipment
Location type: Single sited
Accessibility: Researchers knowledge institutions
User modalities: The infrastructure is, through the core facility CalcUA (managed by CMA), freely available to all researchers of the AUHA. The research group CMA uses the infrastructure only for small tests. The CalcUA/VSC team is also responsible for the exploitation of the machine of support of all users.
