Transportation in a digital era – Challenges and opportunities. (R-13311)

The Francqui chair 2022-2023 at Hasselt University revolves around the theme 'Transport in a digital era – Challenges and opportunities' and is awarded to Prof. Dr Constantinos Antoniou (Technical University of Munich). In a series of lectures, Prof. dr. Antoniou leads the audience along a number of evolutions in the transport domain that emerge as the result of the advanced digitalization that is present in contemporary transportation systems. While doing so, Prof. dr. Antoniou relies on his expertise in the fields of intelligent transportation systems, modeling, optimization, human factors, data analysis and visualization, and artificial intelligence.
