LC-MS in the age of omics: Development of Novel Open-Source Preprocessing Software and Optimized Data Analysis Strategies
The availability of fitfor- purpose analysis and data processing methods for different LC-MS omics (i.e. metabolomics, lipidomics, DNA adductomics) technologies is of paramount importance. In this project, we introduce novel methods to advance LC-MS applications: (1) a dual metabolomics/lipidomics method, (2) development of open-source software for targeted LC-MS preprocessing and (3) optimization of untargeted preprocessing and normalization strategies in DNA adductomics.
