MHD Modelling of Streamer waves

Abstract:The research about the modelling of waves in the solar corona is conducted. In particular, global models for the solar corona, in which we model large-scale waves in coronal streamers, are constructed. These waves are excited by coronal mass ejections and allow to measure the magnetic field and speed of the solar wind with the aid of seismology.
