Hydrogen in West Flanders: feasibility study for a regional innovation center
This project explores the feasibility and support for a regional innovation center for hydrogen technology in West Flanders. In close collaboration with the business community, the province and Flemish authorities, and other relevant stakeholders—such as knowledge and research institutions—the key barriers, opportunities, and needs will be identified. The findings will form the foundation for exploring suitable collaboration and financing avenues in a subsequent phase to bring the center to fruition. In this way, the project paves the way for targeted investments in sustainable energy and strengthens VIVES's role as a catalyst in the hydrogen transition.
