An integrated analysis of incentive contracting for project management

The design of incentivised contracts in a multi-project context will be analysed. When the project owner relinquishes control over the project by hiring a contractor, discrepancies can arise between the objectives of both parties. A contractual agreement is made to align the motivations of both actors. The contractor includes techniques for controlling projects in case his performance is incentivised.
