I think your paper is well written, and stakes out an extreme position with gusto, which is a worthwhile thing. You do an interesting job of arguing why the "benevolent Global Brain as de facto world organizing principle" is a plausible scenario.... This is no small feat, so congratulations...
On the other hand, I don't think you present a strong argument that this is a particularly likely scenario -- as opposed to various disaster scenarios in which individual Artificial General Intelligence systems become super-intelligent and dominant before such a richly flourishing Global Brain emerges...
