The application and the added value of dual-energy computed tomography in the diagnosis of medial coronoid disease of the elbow joint and partial cranial cruciate ligament rupture of the stifle joint in dogs.

This is the first study that will investigate the application of dual-energy computed tomography in the diagnosis of medial coronoid disease (MCD) and partial cranial cruciate ligament rupture in dogs. This study can provide novel insights into the etiopathogenesis, diagnosis and prevention of MCD and partial cranial cruciate ligament ruptures in dogs.
