Trifluorinated imines as building blocks for the synthesis of new trifluoromethylated azaheterocycles

The bilateral research project aims at the development of new applications of trifluorinated imines for the synthesis of trifluoromethylated azaheterocycles continues to be of considerable interest in agrochemistry and medicinal chemistry. This project will focus on the synthesis of 2-tri-fluoromethylaziridines and -azetidines from trifluoroimines. Thes classes of compounds will be used as building blocks for new trifluoromethyl substituted azaheterocycles.
