Photonics Instruments Micropoint Laser System

The regulative capacity in embryos of the nematode Prionchulus punctatus in the basal clade I of the nematodes will be studied znd cell-cell interactions will be scored by laser ablation experiments. Individual cells will be killed with a UV laserbeam and the effect on the further development will be studied.
