Promoting healthy lifestyle behaviors in primary schoolchildren: evaluation and implementation of an online video intervention for parents (“Movie Models”)

Online videos, teaching parents of primary schoolchildren parenting skills, will be tested and implemented. This way we want to achieve health profit in children by stimulating healthy diet, PA, and limited SB. We will examine if parenting practices improve, if related parental self-efficacy enhances and if children perform more healthy behaviors. A RE-AIM study will be conducted to guarantee sustainability.
