Study on the liability of legal persons for offences in the national legal systems on the member states of the European Union (Legal persons)

On behalf of the European Commission, a study to inquire on the current status of both administrative and criminal liability of legal persons in the EU is conducted. With this study a dexterous inside-look on the current status of their liability is targeted, as well as any issues and specificities regarding the latter. In final stage, the IRCP formulates proposals to improve general liability of legal persons in the EU.
