Minimum standards to ensure free movement of evidence throughout the EU.

This research consists of an in-depth comparative analysis of the different national evidence systems in order to be able to provide the content of the common minimum standards for evidence gathering. These are necessary at EU level to overcome problems regarding admissibility of evidence gathered in another member state, and eventually ensure actual free movement of this evidence.
