Posstraumic stress in children and adolescents involved in road traffic accidents: risk and protective variables

Young victims of road traffic accidents are at risk for developing posttraumatic stress and trauma related symptoms. This development is related to risk and protective variables. Goal of current research is to assess prevalence and risk and protective factors of posttraumatic stress and trauma related symptoms in young Flemish victims of road traffic accidents, in order to develop appropriate support.
