Project

Parent-child feeding strategies and the relationship to eating and weight status of the child

This project aims to study the influence of parental control on children's eating behavior and weight status. Four observational labo studies will be conducted. In a second part, the effects of a manipulation will be studied in which it is examined whether parental instructions on authoritative parenting lead to better self-controlling behavior in children.
