Project
Entrespiegel 3.2.
Modern societal challenges, including technological advancements, climate change, and demographic shifts, demand equipping individuals with key entrepreneurial competencies to adapt and thrive. This feasibility proposal explores integrating entrepreneurial education into curricula using the Knowledge-Skills-Attitude (K-S-A) framework to cultivate foundational and advanced competencies from early education stages through lifelong learning. Drawing on European and global best practices, such as Finland’s education model, the study focuses on fostering critical skills like opportunity recognition, creativity, and sustainability-oriented thinking. The proposed methodology includes a comprehensive literature review, competence mapping, and feasibility assessment to evaluate resource requirements and identify gaps in entrepreneurial training. Recommendations also emphasize leveraging international benchmarking, expert validation, and meta-skill development to enhance the framework’s impact. This initiative aims to empower individuals to address challenges innovatively while fostering economic and social growth.
