We want to gain insight into the competences of the future through group discussions with workers. This does not concern the concrete technical, digital competences, but the more general, social competences. What do workers need in their social functioning to deal with digitization now and in the future? The result of this is processed into a talent scan. This will be an accessible, objective and anonymous tool to measure the competences of the future of workers.
