Dataset for the manuscript "The role of metabolite exchange to their spatial distribution in tomato fruit". The dataset includes osmolality data for the different tissues, metabolite concentrations, 13C labels for the feeding experiments, and the relative areas of metabolites for the three tissues in the different preparation states.

This dataset contains a set of 13 climatological variables (Variable, VariableName) at a spatial resolution of 1x1km for Europe (nx = 13147, ny = 6071) for historical (ClimatePeriod) and future climate conditions. These variables are a subset of the so-called bioclimatic variables that are often part of global gridded datasets (e.g. WorldClim, CHELSA) that have been specifically developed for species distribution modelling and ecological applications. This repository contains the supplementary data and code for the bias analysis in ‘A nationwide dataset of de-identified activity spaces derived from geotagged social media data’. The main dataset with de-identified activity spaces is published separately as https://doi.org/10.48804/MBT32W. A total of 326 strontium isotope ( 87 Sr/ 86 Sr) analyses from 125 sampling sites from two sampling campaigns across Corsica are presented. The first sampling campaign collected paired plant and soil samples from 75 individual sites while the second sampling campaign collected grass, shrub and tree samples from 55 sampling sites. Overall, an 87 Sr/ 86 Sr range of 0.7075 to 0.7169 is seen on Corsica, with the spatial distribution of these values related to the geological age and lithology.
