i-Challenge (i-CHALLENGE)

The major objective of this project is to establish the scientific, technical and commercial basis for the development of a spin-off that will market products which will greatly facilitate microbial shelf-life and stability tests in the food industry and allied sectors. This will stimulate product and process innovation by enabling companies in the food and allied sectors to perform challenge tests at greatly reduced costs, ca. 4-5 times less than current costs and reduced logistical challenges.
