The FLANDMOT database: L2 Motivation in French and English among 1,300 Flemish Secondary-School Learners

This database was collected in 2022-2023 in secondary schools across Flanders to gain access into learners' motivational profiles for L2 English and L2 French. The questionnaire items were created based on Zoltán Dörnyei's theoretical framework of motivation (integrative, instrumental motivation, learners' individual characteristics, learning environment). The database provides open access to all learners' responses.
