Acoustic data from drifts in the Belgian Part of the North Sea 2020-2021 Universiteit Gent
Clea Parcerisas, Elisabeth Debusschere, [missing] Flanders Marine Institute (VLIZ), Belgium
Dataset collected to acquire underwater sound in the Belgian Part of the North Sea (BPNS) focusing on the spatial distribution. Data were obtained by hanging a hydrophone from a rope with weights while drifting.
Between April 2020 and October 2020 and in June 2021, we recorded underwater sound at different strategic points of the Belgian Part of the North Sea (BPNS). All the recordings were acquired from a drifting small boat with a hydrophone attached to a rope with weights. The length of the rope was chosen according to the depth, so that the hydrophone would be in average more ...

Notifications in Value-Adding Networks Universiteit Gent
Scholix-client is a OpenAIRE ScholeXplorer client to download Scholix research-data literature links. These Scholix links can be converted into Linked Data Notification messages following the Notifications in Value-Added Networks specification. The message production then be posted to a network of Linked Data Notifiction inboxes associated with institutional repositories.
Replication Data for: Investigating methods to improve photovoltaic thermal models at second-to-minute timescales KU Leuven
KU Leuven Technology Campus Ghent rooftop PV array weather data, used for the paper "Investigating methods to improve photovoltaic thermal models at second-to-minute timescales", doi: https://doi.org/10.1016/j.solener.2023.111889. This file contains raw data measured and stored at 1 s time resolution. Occasional data loss may be present; night-time data loss of ~10-20 s is due to the daily saving of the data. Original files were TDMS. Daily TDMS files converted in python and pandas to pandas dataframes (including time format conversion from Labview TDMS to python datetime), and concatenated ...
LC-MS/MS data of pharmaceutical compounds Universiteit Antwerpen
Dataset used for MergeION package testing are provided by Janssen Pharmaceutica. It consists of known standard pharmaceutical compounds for which high quality Q-Exactive MS/MS data is provided. Details about these compounds can be found in library_metadata.csv. All datasets were acquired in positive ion mode through either DDA (data-dependent acquisition) or targeted MS/MS. Raw data in profile mode were converted into centroid-mode mzML or mzXML files using MSConvertGUI (part of ProteoWizard software).
AMIVU Acoustic Map Imaging VUB-ULB Dataset Vrije Universiteit Brussel
Feras Almasri, Olivier Debeir
"This dataset contains a collection of both real captured and simulated acoustic images of the UMAP acoustic camera. Real captured images contain a single sound source for different positions and frequencies. The images are generated by first capturing the microphone signals and later process them for different resolutions. The simulated acoustic images are generated by simulating two sound sources at mirrored angles for different frequencies between 2kHz and 10kHz, with steps of 500Hz. These frequencies are independent of each other. The sound sources start at a position of 60° and move ...
